The ministry operates Luwafu Community Health centre. The health center provides subsidized health care services to the community

These include;

• Treatment of common diseases and illnesses.
• Antenatal and maternity services.
• Child nutritional services.
• Minor surgeries.
• Laboratory services
• Dental care.
• Community medical outreach programs.
• HIV/AIDS testing and counselling.
• Family planning etc.
